Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products according to the conditions indicated below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

To exercise the withdrawal, simply send us a written communication via email indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.

Return Conditions

The products must be unopened, unused and packaged in the original sealed packaging.
We do not accept returns of opened, tried or customized products, for health and hygiene reasons.
The return must be made within 14 days of the return request.

The shipping costs for the return are paid by the customer.

Procedure

Write to shop@angolokappa.com indicating the order number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions to proceed.

Send the package to the address we will communicate to you, using a traceable service.
Once the product has been received and verified, we will refund you within 7 working days.
